Canine Good Citizen Mini Series presented by The Working Dog LLC, and supported by The Pacific Northwest Newfoundland Club

Continue your training journey by earning your AKC CGC title. Our Canine Good Citizen (CGC) series is a two-part program that stresses responsible pet ownership and basic good manners. You will work at your own pace and have the option of testing for your title during the final class. CGC is open to all dogs, mixed breed, purebred and rare breeds are all invited and encouraged to participate.

Series runs 3 consecutive Sunday’s February 6th, 13th and 20th, 2022 in Albany, OR and class begins at 10:30am

Finish the series with a dog that:
*Accepts a friendly stranger approaching and speaking to you.
*Sits Politely for Petting
*Welcomes grooming
*Walks on a loose lead
*Can walk through a crowd
*Sit, Down and stay in place
*Will come when called
*Is polite around other dogs
*Confidently deals with distractions.
*Relaxes, while being left with a trusted person

Prerequisite for Enrolling – Your dog should be able to eat and not continuously bark when in the presence of other working teams.
